Ingredients for preparing Chicken Roast :
  • 1 or 2 kg of chicken roast
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • fresh coconut extract (from coconut seed)
  • 1 lemon for marination
  • mixed herbs(thyme, rosemary, and bay)
Marination :

Marination is the best trick which makes chicken tasty and juicy.

  1. Take the chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon salt.
  2. squeeze 1/4 lemon in a bowl.
  3. mix it well and place it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.




Diet Chicken Roast Cooking instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven by 240-degree Celcius
  2. wash and roughly chop vegetables without peeling it. (that's the specialty of this recipe) close to nature.
  3. add garlic cloves without peeling it.
  4. Add garlic cloves, chopped vegetables, and herbs in the middle of the baking tray.




  1. add Curry coriander in the virgin coconut oil.
  2. now drizzle the chicken with the above mixture and along with black pepper and salt (as per taste)
  3. now carefully add chicken over the mixture mentioned in step 2
  4.  Now, carefully prick lemon and place it in the chicken cavity along with some herbs.
  5. How to place the tray in the oven and quickly reduce the temperature to 200 degrees celsius and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  6. take out the tray and let it cool down for 15 minutes
  7. garnish it with some fresh coriander and Enjoy ✌
